Transforming the customer experience with Upbe

Upbe is our Conversational Intelligence platform, based on Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing and Understanding, which structures and categorizes the information contained in telephone conversations automatically and massively.

Currently, the quality analysis, in the telephone conversations that companies have with their clients, is carried out through manual eavesdropping. These eavesdropping reaches a very small number of calls and is an expensive, subjective and not scalable process.

From Predictiva we see phone calls as a mine of data of the highest value and Upbe the technology to extract it in a structured and massive way. Thanks to Upbe, companies can drastically improve their customer experience, increase their satisfaction ratios, know in detail what customers think of their products or services, and anticipate possible clients churning from their services.

In recent years we have received several recognitions, such as the Caixabank Enisa Entrepreneur XXI Award for the Best Startup Spain & Portugal 2019. We have also been selected by the European Commission as one of the most innovative startups in Europe through its SME Instrument phase 2 of the H2020 framework program. Swanlaab VC, Sabadell and CDTI support us as investors.
